There are 2 ways you can get free PS4 Games: Torrent download or download them from our website's links.Torrent download is the most reliable way to get games but in some countries torrents are banned so you are free to use our links to get free games.
Modern video games are huge. The hassle of downloading a game generally falls into one of two categories: a test of your patience or a neverending torture session. Those with mediocre Internet speeds can languish for hours on end as they wait for Rocket League to download.
Fortunately, if you own a Sony Playstation 4, you don't have to physically be seated at your PS4 in order to get the download process started. The ability to begin downloads remotely is incredibly beneficial for virtually everyone, regardless of Internet speed. Best of all, all you need is the official Sony Playstation app or a PC.
Note: the process of downloading games outlined in this article only pertains to digital copies of the game. If you have a physical copy, you're going to need to stick the disc in the console to start the download/install process.
Prepare Your PS4
Before you do anything, make sure that your PS4 is configured properly. To download games remotely from your smartphone, your PS4 will have to be in 'Rest Mode.' This refers to the power saving settings of the console. In Rest Mode your PS4 goes into a low power energy-saving state; however, it remains connected to the Playstation servers. This enables it to automatically wake up and download updates, patches, etc., as they are released.
Out of the box, Rest Mode is the default power setting for all PS4 consoles. Assuming that you didn't change the power settings, you should be good to go. If you have changed this setting, or just want to double-check, navigate to the PS4's settings menu. From here, select 'Power Save Settings.' Finally, choose 'Set Features Available in Rest Mode.' At this stage you just want to make sure that the 'Stay Connected to the Internet' option is checked.
Download the Sony Playstation App
Now that your PS4 console is ready to go, you'll need to grab the official Sony Playstation app. The app is available for both Android and Apple iOS devices. Once the app has finished downloading and installing, fire it up. It will prompt you to sign in to your Playstation Network account. You must sign in to the app using the same PSN account that you use on your PS4 console. If you don't, then the process simply won't work. If you use multiple accounts, you can check which one your PS4 is using by heading to 'Settings -> Account Settings -> Sign In.'
Download Games to Your PS4 Console from Your Phone
Once you've signed into the Playstation app, tap on the Playstation Store icon in the top left. Here you can search for games to download. Once you've found the one you're looking for, hit the 'Add to Cart' button. Be aware that if the game isn't free that the payment method linked to your PSN account will be charged.
After you've checked out, a button labeled 'Download to your PS4' will appear next to your newly purchased content. Tapping on that button will automatically download the game to the PS4 console associated with your PSN account.
If you happen to change your mind, you can cancel the download through the app as well. Simply tap on your account icon and select 'Download Queue.' To cancel a download, just tap on the 'X' next to the title.
Download Games to Your PS4 Console fom a Browser
If you'd rather browse through the many downloadable titles the Playstation Store has available on a bigger screen, you're in luck. Point any web browser to the Sony Playstation website. Click on the Sign-In button and enter your PSN credentials in the pop-up window that appears. As with the app, you must sign in using the PSN account associated with the PS4 console you wish to download the games to.
Once you've signed in, the process is exactly the same as the app. Browse through the games, find one you like and add it to your cart. After checking out, you can download the game to your PS4 remotely by clicking on the 'Download to your PS4' button.

The Definitive Guide to Gaming on PC
Have you ever wanted to play games on your PC, but are not sure if your PC is up to the mark? This Definitive Guide to Gaming on PC ebook teaches you all you need to know to start gaming on your PC.
As part of the PS4 system software 4.50 which went live this week, you'll see that we've added the much-requested ability to download and store your games and apps on an external HDD storage device. It's super easy to set up and use an external HDD with your PS4 or PS4 Pro, but before you get started, this guide may come in useful.
Minimum HDD spec
The most important thing to remember before you buy a new storage device – or try to use one you already own – is to make sure it meets the minimum requirements for use with your PS4:
Connection: USB 3.0 or later
Storage: 250GB (min) – 8TB (max)
Note: There is no guarantee that all USB storage devices are compatible with your system.
Format your external HDD
Most storage devices will be a specific format out-of-the-box (usually FAT32/exFAT/NTFS/HFS). To prepare it for use with your PS4 you'll need to format it to a special type to ensure it will work:
- Go to the Settings menu from your PS4 home screen.
- Scroll down to the Devices menu.
- Choose ‘USB Storage Devices'.
- Select your external HDD, then choose 'Format as extended storage'.
You'll see a number of warnings that formatting your device will remove any previously installed data, so before you hit ‘OK', make sure that there's nothing stored on the device that you don't want to lose.
It's also important to note that once you've formatted your external HDD to this specific PS4 format, you can only use it for PS4 games and apps – you won't be able to store screenshots and video clips, saved data, Themes or any other types of media, documents, pictures on it, without re-formatting to its original state.
Once formatting is complete, you'll see a message confirming that it's been successful and a small green light will appear next to the device's name, letting you know it's activated as the main storage location.
Installing games and apps (and adds-on) to your external HDD/internal storage
Once formatted, your external HDD will be set as the default download location as long as it remains plugged in.
If you want to switch back to your PS4 internal storage for downloads (and back again to the external HDD), that's easy too:
- Go to the Settings menu from your PS4 home screen.
- Scroll down to ‘Storage'.
- Choose which location you want to download to – either System Storage or your external HDD.
- Press the ‘Options' button and select ‘Application install location' to set the target download location – either ‘System Storage' or ‘Extended Storage'.
Moving games and apps onto your external HDD device
If you want to organise the games and apps that are currently installed on your PS4 internal storage, you can easily move them over to the external storage device:
- Go to the Settings menu from your PS4 home screen.
- Scroll down to the ‘Storage'.
- Select ‘System Storage', then ‘Applications'.
- Press the ‘Options' button, then choose ‘Move to Extended Storage'.
- Choose which games and apps you want to move by ticking the boxes that appear next to their names. You can select as many as you like, providing your external HDD has enough free space to store them.
- Select ‘Move' then hit ‘OK' to begin the transfer.
Removing your external HDD device

It's very important not to remove your USB storage device when your PS4 is switched on without properly disconnecting it.
To remove the external HDD, access the Quick Menu by holding down the PS button on your controller, then choose ‘Sound/Devices' then ‘Stop using extended storage'. Once that's done, you'll see a message that it's safe to disconnect the device from the USB port.

- When your external HDD is plugged in, games and apps will display as normal on your PS4 Home Screen, with the most recently played games appearing first.
- If you don't have your external HDD connected, the games you've played from it will still appear in your Home Screen list and Library – however, they'll display a ‘!' symbol to show that they can't be played until the device is re-connected
- You need to connect the HDD directly to your PS4. A USB Hub cannot be used in between.
