Key Points
- Headset must be used - If sound is coming from the computer, check that the mic and speakers are configured for the USB headset
- Making the VoIP connection - Once the installation is complete you will be prompted with a new choice in the Webex 'Audio Connection' popup: Call Using Computer
- VoIP quality is impacted by several key factors including:
- memory available in your machine
- network bandwidth and traffic
- type of connection to router (wired or wireless)
- type of headset being used
- check the Quick Specs (shown in the table above)
- contact the BT help desk or your IT department for assistance
- For access issues check with your system administrator
